For the purposes of this document, “we”, “our”, “us”, and “Launch Phase” refer to Launch Phase and its affiliated entities responsible for delivering services to you. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service from Launch Phase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please read this document carefully as it governs your use of our services.

1. Revision Policy

The number of revisions available is determined by the package you select. Launch Phase is committed to delivering services that meet your expectations. You may request revisions as outlined in your package, and our team will continue refining the design until your requirements are fully satisfied. Revised deliverables will typically be provided within 48 hours of a formal revision request. No additional fees will be charged if design concepts are not altered.

2. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time for individual design iterations ranges between 48 to 72 hours. This timeline refers to the completion of a single stage within a project and does not reflect the total project duration.

    Examples

  • Revisions or orders submitted on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Revisions or orders submitted on a Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.

3. Satisfaction and Refund Policy

Launch Phase is dedicated to client satisfaction. We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on design services under specific conditions:

  • Refunds are available if you are dissatisfied with the initial designs submitted for your logo, website, or other design deliverables.

Refund eligibility may be void under certain circumstances, including:

  • Approval of primary design concepts
  • Finalization and deployment of logos or websites
  • Requests for revisions that have been acted upon
  • Cancellation for reasons unrelated to service quality
  • Delays in communication exceeding two weeks
  • Violation of Launch Phase policies
  • Use of other service providers for the same project
  • Submissions with incomplete creative briefs
  • Requests for full redesigns
  • Requests beyond the allowable refund timeframe
  • Business closure, renaming, or restructuring

Refunds for service bundles are only applicable to the specific service in question. Partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of Launch Phase management after review and consultation. Project cancellations prior to initiation for reasons unrelated to the service are subject to a 33% administrative fee.

4. Claiming a Refund

To request a refund, please contact your assigned Project Manager via our official channels:

Refund requests must be made promptly. Once approved, all rights to the relevant design revert to Launch Phase unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Quality Assurance

Launch Phase is committed to delivering designs that reflect the highest standards of creativity, precision, and professionalism. Each project undergoes meticulous research and craftsmanship to ensure alignment with your brand vision.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Revisions

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Revision cycles will continue until you are fully satisfied, in accordance with the limits specified in your chosen package. We aim to exceed expectations and provide deliverables that are fully aligned with your strategic objectives.

7. Delivery Policy

All design deliverables are delivered to your Launch Phase account on the dates specified in the order confirmation. Notification emails will confirm delivery.

  • Websites will only be published live after full payment has been received
  • Rush orders may be accommodated; please contact customer support for expedited delivery

8. Design Ownership and Rights

Upon finalization of your design:

  • You receive full ownership rights of the finalized deliverable
  • You may use the design freely for your business purposes
  • Materials produced during revision cycles remain the property of Launch Phase

9. Content Creation and Population

Content services are only provided if explicitly included in your package. These may include:

  • Creation and placement of website text
  • Stock image sourcing and integration (with client approval)
  • Product image and description placement for e-commerce websites

Launch Phase is not responsible for any unintentional similarities between stock imagery used and content on other websites.

10. Non-Disclosure and Reputation Management

Launch Phase maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. Both parties agree to refrain from making defamatory statements or sharing confidential information post-project.

11. Technical Services

Launch Phase provides guidance for:

  • Website deployment on hosting provided by Launch Phase or third-party providers
  • Configuration of email accounts, including necessary settings
  • CMS usage instructions

Note: Training or installation of technical systems is the client’s responsibility unless explicitly purchased as part of a service package. No Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies to third-party hosting or technical issues unless maintenance services are purchased.

12. Communication Policy

All official communication, including feedback, revisions, and refund requests, must be submitted through your Launch Phase account or official email. Communications through other platforms are not considered valid.

13. Domain, Hosting, and Email

  • Domain registration and hosting may be included with select website packages
  • Email accounts provided may be configured on third-party software (e.g., Outlook)
  • Each account includes 10MB of storage
  • Email accounts are not provided if hosting is arranged independently
